the chart isn't loading properly?
There may be different reasons:
- Check your WebSocket connection at websocketstest.com (TradingView uses websocket to stream data). When WebSocket is disconnected, you can't see the charts. You need to fix the WebSocket' connection on your side.
- Your antivirus may be causing issues. For example, Avast causes issues with HTTPS scanning. Here’s how to fix it.
- You are using an outdated browser version (IE < 9, FF < 8, Chrome < 15, Safari < 6). Please update your browser.
- You have malware "Superfish" installed on your computer. It is necessary to remove it.
